Barlina

Barlina runs an administrative office, a factory, distribution warehouses, and an online store on Zid. Its operational data sat in separate systems, so nothing gave a single view of the business.

Orders were processed by hand and the systems reconciled once a month. That reconciliation took three working days at every month end, and until it finished the numbers management needed were locked inside a closing cycle. With more than 5,000 core products, over 600 orders on an ordinary day and 2,500 at peak, decisions were always being made on data that had already aged.

Naqlah brought the whole operating cycle onto one Odoo system, with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Barcode connected to each other rather than running as separate tools.

The Zid store was integrated directly with Odoo, so orders and products move between the storefront and the system without anyone re-entering them. Barcode scanning covers receiving, transfers and counts across the factory and the distribution warehouses, so stock is recorded where it actually moves.

An order or a product now reaches the system in under 90 seconds, where the same work previously waited for a three-day manual cycle at month end. Barlina works from one data source covering the full operating cycle, and management reads live figures rather than waiting for the monthly close.
