Every vehicle, driver, contract and running cost in one register, with reminders before istimara, insurance and inspection expire.

A Saudi company with ten or more vehicles is juggling Absher, Tamm, Wasl, insurers and fuel cards per vehicle, and one missed istimara renewal grounds a van during peak season. Odoo Fleet gives each vehicle a record with its driver, documents, contracts, odometer and costs, reports cost per vehicle and per month from the real ledger in Odoo Accounting, and fires reminders before any renewal lapses.
Records and reports work in Arabic and English for drivers, fleet admins and finance. Istimara, insurance, periodic inspection and TGA operating card dates are tracked as contracts with reminder windows, so renewals on Absher and Tamm happen before a vehicle is stopped. Fuel and service bills post to Accounting in SAR with VAT, which means cost per kilometre comes from the ledger rather than a spreadsheet, and Naqlah, an Odoo Gold Partner in Saudi Arabia, configures the document types your activity licence requires.
Renewal calendar
One view of every expiry across Absher, Tamm, insurance and TGA requirements, per vehicle and per month. The fleet admin works from a list of what is due instead of memory and WhatsApp reminders.
Driver and document control
Who drove which vehicle and when is recorded on the vehicle, and the driver's licence and iqama validity come from the employee record. Driver authorization on company vehicles is easier to keep current.
Cost per vehicle
Fuel, service, tyres and contract costs are combined on an analytic account per vehicle. Finance sees which trucks cost the most per kilometre and which drivers have unexplained fuel use.
1. The vehicle is registered
The fleet admin creates the vehicle with its plate, model, scanned istimara, insurance policy and inspection certificate, assigns a driver from Odoo Employees and sets the renewal dates as contracts.
2. Running costs are logged
Fuel fills, services and odometer readings are entered by the driver on the mobile app or imported from a fuel card statement, and vendor bills are tagged to the vehicle.
3. Reminders fire before expiry
Insurance, istimara, inspection and operating card reminders reach the fleet admin ahead of the date, so the renewal is done on Absher or Tamm with time to spare.
4. Reports drive decisions
Cost per vehicle and per driver shows which units to keep, reassign or retire, and the GPS or fuel card data connected through our integrations keeps the odometer current.
Timelines depend on fleet size and the data sources connected, and Naqlah gives you a clear roadmap in the first consultation.
