Quotations, orders and ZATCA tax invoices in one flow, in Arabic and English, built for Saudi sales teams that are tired of re-typing every order.

Most Saudi sales teams still quote in Word or Excel, re-type the confirmed order into Qoyod or Daftra, and only find the VAT or stock problem after the customer has agreed. Odoo Sales turns a quotation into an order, a delivery and a tax invoice without re-entry, applying pricing, stock and VAT rules once and reusing them on every channel, which is why Naqlah, Odoo Gold Partner in Saudi Arabia, starts most implementations here.
Every quotation and order carries the 15% VAT line, your VAT and CR numbers, structured address fields and the Arabic text ZATCA expects, so the invoice generated from it is not rejected for missing data. Confirmed orders produce standard or simplified e-invoices through the Odoo Saudi localization, cleared or reported through Fatoora, with Arabic set per customer so a government buyer on Etimad and an expatriate site manager each get the document they can read. For Salla or Zid merchants, online orders arrive as Odoo sales orders through the Naqlah Salla app and share the same pricelists and stock as corporate quotes.
ZATCA from the order, not after it
Invoice fields are inherited from the sales order, so clearance does not fail on a missing VAT number or address. B2B standard invoices clear in real time and consumer invoices are reported within the 24-hour window.
Bilingual by default
Quotation and order templates print in Arabic and English with right-to-left layouts, and the language follows the contact record. Your Riyadh procurement customer and your foreign supplier-partner both receive a document in their language.
Paid the way Saudi customers pay
Quotations can carry a payment link through PayTabs or Paymob with mada and cards, or be settled by bank transfer and matched in Odoo. Deposits and partial payments are tracked against the order, not in a side spreadsheet.
1. Quote from a template or an opportunity
The salesperson builds the quotation from a template or directly from the Odoo CRM opportunity, with the customer VAT number, pricelist and payment terms already filled.
2. Customer accepts online or by signed PDF
The customer opens the portal link, signs and pays, or returns a stamped PDF that the rep records. Either way the acceptance is on the order with a timestamp.
3. Order confirms and stock reserves
Confirmation reserves stock in Odoo Inventory, schedules the delivery and, for made-to-order or dropship items, raises the purchase request automatically.
4. Invoice issued and submitted to Fatoora
The invoice is generated from the order per its invoicing policy, submitted to ZATCA, and the payment is reconciled from the bank or gateway. No line was typed twice.
Timelines depend on scope and the systems being replaced, and Naqlah gives you a clear roadmap in the first consultation.
| Area | Before | With Odoo via Naqlah |
|---|---|---|
| Quotation creation | Word or Excel template edited by hand, errors in totals and VAT | Templates with optional products, VAT and totals calculated |
| Pricing | Manual lookup in a price sheet, inconsistent discounts | Pricelist rules by customer, quantity and branch, discount limits enforced |
| Acceptance | Email and WhatsApp back-and-forth, stamped scans | Portal signature and payment, order confirms itself |
| Stock | Unknown at quote time, overselling discovered at delivery | Live availability shown, stock reserved on confirmation |
| Invoicing | Re-typed into Qoyod or Daftra, ZATCA fields missing | Generated from the order, submitted to Fatoora |
| Reporting | Month-end spreadsheet by the sales manager | Live pipeline, margin and target dashboards per rep |
