Odoo Social Marketing

Plan, schedule and measure Arabic and English posts across your accounts from Odoo, and turn social enquiries into CRM leads with the post recorded as source.

Social Marketing
Capabilities

What this module handles

Saudi marketing teams usually juggle native apps, a Google Sheet calendar and shared passwords, so bilingual captions go out unapproved and enquiries in comments never reach sales. Odoo Social Marketing puts your social accounts, calendar and engagement stats next to CRM, and Naqlah, an Odoo Gold Partner in Saudi Arabia, connects the accounts and sets the calendar and UTM rules so social activity shows up as leads and traffic you can measure.

  • Scheduling and publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube from one screen
  • One calendar across accounts, brands and campaigns with drafts and approval before publishing
  • Streams for mentions, comments and messages so the team replies from inside Odoo
  • Engagement, reach and click reports per post and per account
  • Push notifications to website visitors as an additional owned channel
  • Leads created from social conversations straight into CRM with the post as source
  • UTM links through Link Tracker so social clicks are measured on the website and in sales
  • Campaign grouping with email and SMS sends for a launch or a seasonal push
Saudi ready

Built for how business runs in Saudi Arabia

Naqlah sets up Arabic and English posts from one calendar with correct text direction, Arabic hashtag sets and an approval step for bilingual content, with posting times planned around prayer and evening peaks. The Saudi seasonal calendar, Ramadan, Eid, Founding Day on 22 February, National Day on 23 September and White Friday, is built in as campaign templates so content is planned weeks ahead. Snapchat and TikTok are not native Odoo channels, so paid campaigns there are attributed through UTM links into the same CRM rather than posted from Odoo, and leads captured from any channel carry consent for later marketing under PDPL.

Bilingual calendar
Arabic and English captions, hashtag sets and an approval step live on one calendar. Right-to-left display is checked so Arabic posts preview as they will publish.

Saudi seasons planned
Campaign templates for Ramadan, Eid, Founding Day, National Day and White Friday mean the team fills in content rather than starting from zero each year.

Social to CRM
Comments and messages become CRM leads with the post and channel recorded as source, so sales can show which campaign produced the enquiry.

How it connects

How does a social media post become a CRM lead in Odoo?

1. Post scheduled in both languages
Marketing drafts the Arabic and English captions with a UTM link, and the approver signs it off on the calendar.

2. Published across accounts
The post goes out to Instagram, X, LinkedIn or the other connected accounts at the set time.

3. Replies handled from Odoo
Comments and messages appear in streams, and the team answers in Arabic or English without opening each app.

4. Enquiry converted to a lead
A wholesale or product enquiry is turned into a lead in CRM with the post as source, and the UTM click shows on the website analytics.

Implementation

What Naqlah configures in your implementation

  1. Connect business accounts. We link your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube business accounts with per-user permissions, so no passwords are shared.
  2. Calendar, campaigns and approval. The content calendar, campaign structure and approval step are set up for your team and agency, if one is involved.
  3. UTM and Link Tracker conventions. A naming convention so clicks from each post and from Snapchat or TikTok ads reconcile in GA4 and Odoo, as listed on our integrations page.
  4. Streams and reply workflows. Mention, comment and message streams per account with assignment to the right team member.
  5. Lead conversion rules. Enquiries become CRM leads with source, tags and the consent note for later marketing.
  6. Reporting and seasonal templates. A dashboard for engagement and clicks, and campaign templates for the Saudi calendar.

Timelines depend on the number of accounts and brands, and Naqlah gives a clear roadmap in the first consultation.
