Odoo Email Marketing

Send Arabic and English campaigns to segments built from the customers already in your Odoo, with consent recorded per contact and results tied to sales.

Email Marketing
Capabilities

What this module handles

Many Saudi companies hold their customers in Odoo, Salla and POS but run campaigns from Mailchimp exports, so segments are stale, Arabic templates break in Gmail, and nobody can show which email produced an order. Odoo Email Marketing builds and sends campaigns from the same database as CRM, Sales and your store, so audiences are filters rather than exports, and Naqlah, an Odoo Gold Partner in Saudi Arabia, configures sending domains, templates and consent handling so campaigns deliver and comply.

  • Drag-and-drop email builder with saved bilingual templates for your brand
  • Mailing lists plus dynamic segments filtered on any customer, order or CRM field
  • A/B tests on subject line or content with the winner sent automatically
  • Link Tracker with UTM parameters so clicks appear in GA4 and in Odoo
  • Opens, clicks, replies and bounces reported per campaign and per contact
  • Blacklist and opt-out reasons recorded on the contact, respected by every send
  • Scheduled sends and campaign grouping with SMS and social posts
  • Revenue attribution through CRM opportunities and Sales orders
Saudi ready

Built for how business runs in Saudi Arabia

Naqlah builds Arabic right-to-left templates paired with English versions and tests them in Gmail and Outlook, with per-language lists or a language field that drives which version each contact receives. Consent source, date and opt-out are stored on the contact, so marketing has a recorded basis under PDPL and unsubscribes are honoured automatically. Your sending domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so .sa mail reaches the inbox, and send times are planned around prayer, weekends and Ramadan evenings, when Saudi audiences actually read.

Bilingual templates
Right-to-left layouts with Arabic fonts that render in Gmail and Outlook, and English counterparts. Each contact receives the version matching their language field.

PDPL in the record
Consent source, consent date, opt-out reason and blacklist status live on the contact in Odoo. No separate subscriber database outside the Kingdom to explain in an audit.

Audiences from your ERP
POS loyalty members, store customers synced from Salla and CRM contacts are segmented by city, last order or spend without exporting a CSV.

How it connects

How does an email campaign reach the right customers from Odoo?

1. Segment built from Odoo data
Marketing filters contacts by city, last order date, language or product bought, including customers synced through the Naqlah Salla app.

2. Template designed and tested
The Arabic and English versions are built from the saved template and an A/B test decides the subject line.

3. Campaign scheduled and sent
The send goes out from your authenticated domain at the planned time, skipping blacklisted and opted-out contacts.

4. Results reported on campaign and contact
Opens, clicks and the orders that followed are shown on the campaign, and each click is logged on the contact for sales to see.

Implementation

What Naqlah configures in your implementation

  1. Mail server and domain authentication. We connect your mail service and set SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain so campaigns are trusted.
  2. Bilingual template set. Newsletter, offer and announcement templates in Arabic and English, tested across major mail clients.
  3. Lists and segments. Segments are designed from CRM, POS and store data, with the language field and city mapped for targeting.
  4. Consent and opt-out. Consent fields, the unsubscribe page in both languages and blacklist rules are configured to match your PDPL position.
  5. Link Tracker and UTM conventions. A naming convention for campaigns so clicks reconcile in GA4 and Odoo, as part of implementation.
  6. Reporting and training. A campaign dashboard and training for your marketing team on building, testing and scheduling sends.

Timelines depend on the number of templates, data sources and segments, and Naqlah gives a clear roadmap in the first consultation.
