What this module handles

Most Saudi companies run a WordPress or agency-built site that nobody on the team can edit, with forms landing in a shared inbox while the ERP sits elsewhere. Odoo Website is a drag-and-drop builder that lives inside the same database as CRM, products and events, and as an Odoo Gold Partner in Saudi Arabia Naqlah configures it Arabic first, RTL correct and editable by your own staff.

  • Building blocks and themes your marketing team edits without a developer or an agency ticket
  • Arabic and English versions of every page, with right-to-left layout and language switcher handled automatically
  • Contact and RFQ forms that create CRM leads carrying the page, campaign and UTM source
  • SEO fields, XML sitemap, 301 redirects, per-language URLs and hreflang tags built into the editor
  • Multi-website setup for separate brands, branches or companies published from one Odoo database
  • Customer portal on your own domain where clients see quotes, invoices and Helpdesk tickets
  • Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Snapchat, TikTok and Meta pixels placed once for the whole site
  • eCommerce, Blog, Events, Appointments and Live Chat added to the same site without plugins
Saudi ready

Built for how business runs in Saudi Arabia

Naqlah sets Arabic as the default language with English mirrored on its own URLs, checks RTL behaviour on the chosen theme, and validates +966 phone fields on every form. The site carries a PDPL-aware cookie consent banner, an Arabic privacy policy and consent text on forms, so visitor data is collected on a clear basis and stays in your database. Hosting runs on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a Saudi server depending on your data residency position, and branch pages link to your Google Business Profiles so local search finds each location.

Arabic first, RTL correct
The builder switches direction and fonts per language, so Arabic pages are designed rather than mirrored by a plugin. Every page has both versions, each with its own SEO title and description.

PDPL on the site
Cookie consent, privacy policy and form consent text are configured in Arabic and English. Submissions stay in your Odoo database instead of a third-party form tool outside the Kingdom.

Leads that land in CRM
Forms, chat starts and WhatsApp button clicks are tracked to the campaign that brought the visitor. Sales sees the source on the lead and marketing sees which Snapchat or Google campaign paid off.

How it connects

How does a visitor become a lead in Odoo Website?

1. Visitor arrives with a source
A buyer lands from Google, a Snapchat ad or a TikTok campaign, and the UTM parameters are captured with the session.

2. Visitor fills a form or starts a chat
The bilingual form validates the phone number and records consent, or the visitor opens Live Chat or taps the WhatsApp button.

3. Lead created in CRM
The submission becomes a lead with page, language and campaign source, and assignment rules route it to the right salesperson by product or city, as shown on our integrations page.

4. Sales follows up from one record
The rep calls or messages from the lead, and site analytics show the path from first visit to quotation.

Implementation

What Naqlah configures in your implementation

  1. Domain, SSL and languages. We connect your domain, enable Arabic and English, and test RTL on every block of the chosen theme.
  2. Structure and bilingual content. We build the page tree, load Arabic and English copy, and set up branch and product pages.
  3. Forms to CRM. Each form is mapped to lead fields with UTM capture, consent text and assignment rules.
  4. SEO and redirects. Meta fields, sitemap, hreflang and 301 redirects from your old WordPress or Wix URLs so rankings carry over.
  5. PDPL, analytics and WhatsApp. Consent banner, Arabic privacy page, GA4, Tag Manager, ad pixels and the click-to-chat button.
  6. Editor training. Your team learns to add pages, edit blocks and publish in both languages, with customization available where the theme needs more.

Timelines depend on page count, languages and integrations, and Naqlah gives a clear roadmap in the first consultation.

Who it is for

Companies that get the most from this module

  • B2B distributors and suppliers. A bilingual catalogue with RFQ forms that reach the sales team as CRM leads.
  • Service firms replacing an agency site. A site your own staff can edit, with forms that no longer disappear into an inbox.
  • Multi-brand groups and franchises. Several branded sites or branch pages published from one Odoo database.
  • Roasteries and F&B brands. Branch locator, menu pages, event pages and a wholesale enquiry form while Foodics stays at the till.
  • Salla and Zid merchants. The store stays on Salla and Odoo Website carries the corporate and wholesale side, with orders synced through the Naqlah Salla app.
