Labels follow the user's language, Arabic for management and English for auditors, on the same dashboard. Figures come in SAR from the same ledger that feeds ZATCA reporting, so VAT, zakat base and e-invoice status views reconcile with what is filed on the ZATCA portal rather than being rebuilt in Excel. Month end without exports

How does an Odoo report become a live dashboard that management opens every week?

1. Insert the pivot
Open a sales or accounting pivot, filter it by period and branch, and insert it into a new spreadsheet in Odoo Documents, where it keeps its connection to the records.

2. Add formulas and filters
Add ODOO.PIVOT formulas for the KPIs the board asks for, such as gross margin after courier fees for Salla orders synced to Odoo, plus charts and a global date filter.

3. Publish as a dashboard
Convert the sheet into a dashboard, assign the access groups, and place it in the Dashboards app beside the standard sales and finance views.

4. Numbers refresh on open
Every time a manager opens it, the figures are read from the database at that moment, so a question in the Sunday meeting is answered from the dashboard, not from an export made on Thursday.
